I take a holistic, biomechanical, and patient-centered approach—combining education, manual therapies, orthotic support, advanced modalities, and when needed, surgical techniques—to help patients get back on their feet pain-free and functioning at their best.

Dr. Akhnoor Aulakh is a chiropractor with a background in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, and athletic performance. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University, followed by his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). With over 10 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, Dr. Aulakh has developed a keen interest in helping patients improve their functional strength, movement, and overall well-being. His treatment approach combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and patient education to provide individualized care based on each patient’s goals and needs. Having grown up playing hockey and later competing in high-level baseball and basketball, Dr. Aulakh has always had a strong connection to sports and an active lifestyle. His athletic background has given him an appreciation for how important movement is, whether that means returning to competitive sport, getting back to the gym, or simply being able to perform everyday activities without limitations. Dr. Aulakh takes a warm, patient-centred approach to care and believes in educating patients so they understand their condition and feel empowered throughout their recovery. He is passionate about helping people get back to the activities they love and working collaboratively with patients to achieve their individual goals. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Aulakh enjoys staying active through hiking and sports, as well as spending time with family and friends. Alafyah earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Brighton in England, where she gained a strong academic foundation alongside a global perspective on healthcare. Her diverse clinical experiences across Canada, the UK, and Africa have fuelled her passion for empowering and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, long-term outcomes. As a Physiotherapist specializing in Pelvic Health, Alafyah provides individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Her clinical practice encompasses the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and activity-related injuries, with a specialised focus on women’s pelvic health. She supports women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery and provides care for pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, and a range of other health concerns across the lifespan. Alafyah takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and education to help patients better understand their bodies and recovery. Dr. Dwight Chapin, a chiropractor and medical acupuncturist is Clinic Director and co-owner of High Point Wellness Centre (HPWC). In addition to his private practice, Dr. Chapin runs a Repetitive Strain Injury Prevention program for the Globe and Mail– Canada’s leading national newspaper.
